Answer:

Space required for the garage at home is 12,000 feet².

Explanation:

We are given that,

Dimensions of the garage at work are 230 feet by 150 feet.

So, the area of the rectangular garage = Length × Width

i.e. Area of the garage = 230 × 150 = 34,500 feet²

It is given that, the garage at work can handle 69 cars.

That is,

69 cars can be handled in garage with area 34,500 feet².

So, 24 cars can be handled in garage with area =
(34500)/(69)* 24

That is, Area =
(828000)/(69)

i.e. Area of garage at home = 12,000 feet².

Hence, the space required for the garage at home is 12,000 feet².

If there is some reason to believe the area is proportional to the number of parked cars, it might be
.. (24/69)*(230 ft)*(150 ft) = 12,000 ft^2

___
It could be 80 ft by 150 ft, for example.
