T= total charge
C= # dozen chocolate chip
L= # dozen lemon frosted
Total equals (chocolate chip price times the # dozen of chocolate chip) plus (lemon frosted price times # dozen of lemon frosted.)
T= ($1)(# dozens chocolate chip) + ($2)(# dozens lemon frosted)
T= ($1)(C) + ($2)(L)
T= 1C + 2L
The equation is: T= 1C + 2L, answer is top left choice.
