What is the constant of variation for the quadratic variation: 0.1y = 3x to the 2 power?

i need help please!

0.1y = 3x^2

divide each side by 0.1

y = 3x^2/0.1

factor the right side to get y = 30x^2

this can't be written in the form y = kx so y does not vary directly with x

so there is no constant of variation.
