2 to the power of negative two.

Even without looking at the expression, all of the other answers equal each other except 2 ^ -2.

But, simplifying the expression gets 2^8 / 2^6 , subtract the exponents gets 2^2 = 4. All answers equal 4 except 2^-2

Lol. HI again. so when numbers with expnents with the same base are multiplied, the exponets are just added, so 2^8/2^6, and when divide the exponents are subtracted, so its 2^2, aka 4. so the right answer is the top right.
