In countries experiencing economic rapid growth, the trend in people’s diets is that people are eating more meat.
As a result of the economic growth, people have more money to spend on best quality food, which means that meat is part of their weekly diet. In Third world countries or underdeveloped countries, as meat is an expensive product, is difficult for the inhabitants of those countries to buy meat.
The problem is that meat is frozen for a long time, sometimes has chemicals for conservation purposes and is processed so it is not as healthy as it was in the past. The tendency in modern countries is to create a better “food consciousness” in order to eat more “green”, which means more fruits, vegetables, seed, and organic food.
