b + g = 45
b = g + 7
b = 26
g = 19
26 + 19 = 45
26 - 19 = 7

there are 26 boys and 19 girls,
Take away 7 from 45 to get 2g(# of girls)
45-7=38 38=2g To get to # of girls,find just one g
38/2=19 so 19 girls
45-19=boys 45-19=26 boys
