There are two major types of stress: stress that's beneficial and motivating- good stress and stress that causes anxiety and even health problems- bad stress.

That answer would be false, stress can be caused by good things in life. For example, if you got a part in a movie, that is a positive thing, but you may be stressed about doing good on set.
