2- getting the area of the while circle including the small shaded circle:
area of circle = pi * (4)^2 = 16 pi m^2

3- getting the area of the small shaded circle:
area = pi * (2)^2 = 4 pi cm^2

4- getting the area of the shaded part:
area of shaded part = part 1 - part 2 + part 3
area of shaded part = 64 pi - 16 pi + 4 pi
area of shaded part = 52 pi m^2
