let's think this through logically :

the last option (0, 3) cannot be right, because that is F before the rotation. to go back to the original position requires a full rotation of 360° (remember, a circle has 360°, and that means to travel one complete time around the circle).

(0, -3) cannot be right, because this is just mirrored down, and would represent a turn of 180° (a half-circle).

for the other options imagine you use a math compass, put the pin on the origin, and the writing arm on F. and the you draw a circle through F.

(3, 0) is the result of the clockwise (right) turn of 90°, (-3, 0) would be the result of a counterclockwise (left) turn of 90°.
