Hey there! :D

We just need to find an equivalent fraction.

x/6= 15/18

18/6=3

15/3=5

x=5

"B" is the correct answer.

I hope this helps!

Answer:- B is the right answer. The value of x is 5.

Explanation:-

Given equation :-
(x)/(6)=(15)/(18)

Rewrite the given equation and multiply 6 on the both sides, we get

(x)/(6)*6=(15)/(18)*6\\\Rightarrow(x)/(6)*6=(15)/(3*6)*6

Simplify by cancelling common factor from the denominator and the numerator.

\Rightarrow\ x=(15)/(3)\\\Rightarrow\ x=5

Therefore, the value of x = 5.
