This question is asking you what you are good at (strengths) or what you need to get better at (work on). You will have to list the ones listed that you are good at. The choices are writing, reading, listening, speaking, studying, using language and vocabulary, and taking tests. It also says that you can add skills that aren't on the list. You could put things like math computation, geography, foreign language, mechanical skills, or science skills such as chemistry or biology. You might also add in any computer or business skills such as, using Microsoft Office, typing, any photo editing programs that you are familiar with, or social media.
