Answer:

y=mx+b, where x and y are variables, m is the slope, and b is the y-int

Since there is no m value, it is 1/1 or simply 1. Therefore you rise 1 point for every 1 you move right.

Your graph needs to intercept the y-axis at point (0,6).

The easiest way to graph this equation is to plot a point at (0,6) and then start your slope of 1/1.
