I think the answer is C! But I’m not 100% sure on that

The answer is C. A suspect receive the help of a court attorney.

“You have the right to an attorney.” You may have heard this line on TV, but it all began with the case of Gideon v. Wainwright. That’s when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a person charged with a criminal offense has the right to counsel—even if they cannot afford it.
