the real part is 10 - 7 - 5 = -2

tge imaginary part = -5i - 13i + 3i - 9i = -24i

so missing term is -2 - 24i

$x+(7-3i)+(5+9i)+13i=10-5i\\\\x+(7+5)+(-3i+9i+13i)=10-5i\\\\x+12+19i=10-5i\\\\x=10-12-5i-19i=-2-24i\\\\\\x=-2-24i$
