Blue : Yellow : Green
3 : 7 : 3 + 7
3: 7 : 10
10 parts = 70 quarts
1 part = 70 ÷ 10 = 7 quarts
7 parts = 7 x 7 = 49 quarts
He needs 49 quarts of yellow paints
