Answer: (Male)Loss of sensitivity, possible death, complications such as infection and pain when erect from being too tight, poor orgasism.

Explanation: Lower HIV rates and data are from third world countries, America has higher STD and HIV rates than Europe even though the circumcision rate is 70% in America, and 10% in Europe. And the skin has 20,000 nerve endings, so cutting it off is 66% less sensation, and imagine having an organ.....yes a highly sensitive organ left unprotected to be dry and callused.

It cannot be determined whether this question relates to male or female circumcision. Male circumcision has been associated with increased penile sensitivity and enhanced ease of reaching orgasm, as well as reduced risk of HIV. Extremely negative effects have been reported for female circumcision, including infection, pain, infertility, hemorrhage and complications during childbirth.
