The right answer is R ==> P ==> Q

R is metaphase

P is Anaphase

Q is telophase

After duplication of the genetic material, during the interphase, it condenses and regroups to form chromosomes with two genetically identical chromatids: this is prophase. The nuclear membrane then dislocates and the centromers of the chromosomes (overlapping zone of the two chromatids of the same chromosome) bind to the microtubules via the kinetochores. Gradually, all the chromosomes are sequestered at the equator of the cell: it is the metaphase.

Then, during anaphase, the chromosomes will split into two chromatids, each of which is drawn towards a pole of the cell. Thus, at each vertex of the cell, we find a copy of each chromosome. During telophase, the nuclear envelope will begin to form around the set of chromosomes while the DNA decays progressively. The plasma membrane is invaginated at the equatorial level under the action of a ring of myosin and actin. Increasingly narrow, the bridge between the cells eventually breaks up and two cells are formed as a result of cytodiesesis. Each one of them can resume its growth.
