Which excerpt from Part 2 of The Odyssey best support the conclusion that Odysseus is clever?

the rest of you stand by; I'll make the crossing
in my own ship, with my own company,

We lit a fire, burnt an offering,
and took some cheese to eat; then sat in silence

‘My name is Nohbdy: mother, father, and friends,
everyone calls me Nohbdy.’

So with our brand we bored that great eye socket
while blood ran out around the red hot bar.

the answer is exerpt 3, after saying that they drove a giant pike into his eye, he is wailing that "Nohbdy, Nohbdy's tricked me, Nohbdy's ruined me" so the other giants that came to see what happened thought he was saying nobody and assumed it was the work of the gods and went away

The excerpt from Part 2 of The Odyssey which best support the conclusion that Odysseus is clever is ‘My name is Nohbdy: mother, father, and friends,

everyone calls me Nohbdy.’

The Odysseys by Homer, a conflict between Odysseus and the Cyclops reveals that he is clever because he makes up a false name for himself and tricks the Cyclops.

When odyssey blind Polyphemus his objectives are made clear when Polyphemus next morning let his sheep go for graze. In addition, it adds a humorous and clever twist when odyssey lies about his name as 'Nobody' to rescue Polyphemus. Whereas, odyssey displays himself as cunning and proud when he reveals himself.

He lies to Polyphemus by telling him that his ship is destroyed by Poseidon and disguise himself by naming himself as ‘nobody’. Hence when odyssey blind him and Polyphemus shouts for help “nobody is killing me!” his brother doesn’t come for help thinking he is alone.
