Stans cookie recipe calls for 24 cookies and calls for exactly 384 sprinkles he is wondering how many sprinkles he will need to make 60 cookies he assumes each cookie will have the same number of sprinkles

wow...same number of sprinkles on each cookie...that would take a while...counting each sprinkle...lol

ok...back to the problem..

if 24 cookies calls for 384 sprinkles, then that is (384/24) = 16 sprinkles per cookie

and if there is 60 cookies....16 * 60 = 960 sprinkles <==

Divide 384 with 24

384/24 = 16

He will need 16 sprinkles on each cookie.

Multiply 16 with 60

60 x 16 = 960

960 sprinkles is your answer
