My panic attacks feel like my heart is being squeezed tight and I breathe in short quick breaths. My heart feels like a feather is tickling it while it is being squeezed, kind of like when you try to squeeze your hands into fists right after waking up. I feel faint and I wheeze and wring my hands around to try to wake myself out of it. Most people say it feels like a heart attack, and it really does. Some people get nausea but I usually don't and others have other symptoms. Every panic attack is really different.-Sorry for English errors, I'm French
