First you must know that the angle EOA is;
EOA = 180-95-28 = 57
Then, we look for AOB
AOB = 180-57 = 123
the relationship between the measure of AOB and the measure of arc AB:
We have then that the measure of the arc AB is:
arcAB = r * AOB = 123 * r
Where,
r = radius of the circle.
the measure of arc BDA.
arcBDA = r * (123 + 57 + 28)
arcBDA = 208 * r
Where,
r = radius of the circle.
