Point slope form
(y-y1)= m(x-x1)

Point
(X1= -6, y1=4)
Slope
m= 3-4/1+6= -1/7
Answer is
y-4= -1/7(x+6)

Slope intercept
y= mx +b

y-4= (-x/7) -6/7
y= -x/7 -6/7+4
Answer is
y= -x/7 +22/7
