If given a equation:
-12x²+11x-3=0, then
12x²-11x+3=0
D=b²-4ac=121-12*12=-23<0

\left[\begin{array}{ccc} x= (11-i √(23))/(24) \\ \ x= (11+i √(23))/(24) \end{array}\right
