12. She, because "Aunt Lori" is in third person-not first person.

13. Her, because she does not match this sentence.

"If we say She knew what the firefighters had taught she", it just doesn't sound right. Right?? But if we use her "She knew what the firefighers had taught her" it sounds right. Her is an objective personal pronoun, meaning it is used by the verb. The firefighters has taught WHO? it has taught HER. Taught is a verb and her is used by verbs. This means that it is her.

14. My best guess is it, but they both dont really make sense to me.
