If you make your first shot (basketball), does your chance of making the second shot increase?

Hey there! :D

I would say that it doesn't make the chance of making the second shot increase.

For example,

If I were to flip a coin and get heads, it doesn't mean that I have a higher chance of getting heads again. There is a 50/50 chance of getting heads or tails. Every 'flip' or 'shot' is separate.

The question doesn't mention anything changing with the second shot, that the person shooting was close to the goal, was experiencing adrenaline, etc. I believe that the chance of shooting the basketball again is just the same as the first, third, fourth, tenth, fifteenth, etc.

I hope this helps!
