First put all #s in chronological order in their data sets:

Class A Chronological Order:
{2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,4,5,5,5,5,6,6,6,7,7,7,8}

Class A Mean:
Find center number or the two center numbers in list & divide by 2

5+5= 10 ÷ 2= 5
Class A Mean= 5

Class A Median:
Add all numbers in set, divide by quantity of numbers in set.

2+2+3+3+3+4+4+4+4+5+5+5
+5+6+6+6+7+7+7+8= 96 ÷ 20= 4.8
Class A Median= 4.8

Class B Chronological Order:
{2,2,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,5,5,5,6,6,6,7,7}

Class B Mean:
Find center number or the two center numbers in list & divide by 2

4+4= 8 ÷ 2= 4
Class B Mean= 4

Class B Median:
Add all numbers in set, divide by quantity of numbers in set.

2+2+2+2+2+2+3+3+3+4+4+4
+5+5+5+6+6+6+7+7= 80 ÷ 20= 4
Class B Median= 4

True Statement: The mean study time of students in Class B is less than students in Class A

Hope this helps! :)
