Lets let x represent your age. You want to find out 300 minus your age multiplied by 3 equals 27. This is written as the following equation:
300-3x = 27
+3x +3x
300 = 27+3x
-27 -27
273 = 3x
273
÷3
= 3x
÷3
91 = x
You are 91 years old.
