a) q/(8 gal) = (20 tsp)/(5 gal)
.. q = (8 gal)/(5 gal) * (20 tsp) = 32 tsp


b) q/(2820 ft^2) = (20 tsp)/(1000 ft^2)
.. q = (2820 ft^2)/(1000 ft^2) * (20 tsp) = 56.4 tsp
(That's 1 cup +8.4 tsp.)
