Unexpected reactions develops after taking lamotrigine. These are nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, tachycardia, in severe case seizures. After seeing these development a nurse should discontinue this medications immediately. most of the patients do not see any adverse effect like headache, nausea, sleep disturbance rash and hypersensitivity syndrome.
