Hey there!

A circle has 360 degrees in it. So subtract the degrees (total) by the amount it gives you. 360-290=70. The answer would be A. Another way to tell is that it is less than 1/4 of the circle, so the answer would have to be less than 90 degrees.

This is estimation. It would be 70 degrees.
