Very high intake of animal protein leads to muscle atrophy and weakness, or even various diseases. High toxins are in animal meat that produces protein, this will cause organ damage because these organs are eliminating toxins in our body. Amino acid levels are also produced by animal meat which converts to ammonia later in our body. High ammonia levels are also toxic, the body organs will try to excrete excess ammonia which causes organ overwork that leads to suffering of muscle, tiredness or fatigue, and weakness.
