(5/(4x)) + (2/x)+3------------ >((5+4*2)/(4x))+3
((5+8)/(4x))+3--------------- > (13/(4x))+3
(13+4x*3)/4x------------ > (13+12x)/4x
the answer is (13+12x)/4x
