Cos A will be 60°.
Because When, cos is 1/2 then theta or angle is degree 60°

Given cosA = 0.25. In order to find the value of angle A, we need to do the inverse cos of given value. A = cos^-1 (0.25) => A = 75.52 degrees. So the angle made by the two rays will be 75.52 degrees.
