I would say C!

(x-4)(2x+3)
x times 2x
x times 3
-4 times 2 x
-4 times 3
I know you don't need this, but after add all like terms to get your final answer.

(x - 4)(2x + 3)

FOIL = first,outside,inside,last

F -- so multiply first terms in each set....(x)(2x)
O -- multiply outside terms in each set...(3)(x)
I -- multiply inside terms in each set....(-4)(2x)
L -- multiply last terms in each set.......(-4)(3)

so we have : (x)(2x) + (3)(x) + (-4)(2x) + (-4)(3).....answer C
