Hey there!
Your question states:
A members-only speaker series allows people to join for $18 and then pay $1 for every event attended. What is the maximum number of events someone can attend for a total cost of
$22?
So, let's start off.
It take's $18 to join, and each event would be $1 (it's pretty cheap)
So, if that person has only $22.
We would do 22-18
. . .
And that would give us
$4.
He would only be able to attend 4 times.
Your correct answer would be
✓
Hope this helps.
