Firstly, we need the measurements to be uniform

If length is m, then diameter should be in meters too

That would be 5/100 = 0.05 m

Radius is half of the diameter

Mathematically, that’s 0.05/2 = 0.025 m

The formula for the total surface area is;

A = 2 * pi * r^2 + 2 * pi * r * h

A = (2 * 3.142 * 0.025^2) + (2 * 3.142 * 0.025 * 14)
