Consider this option:
1) z-2(x-8)=3(7-y) ⇔ -2x+3y+z-5=0 (common view is Ax+By+Cz+D=0);
2) for normal vector n(A;B;C)=n(-2;3;1).
Answer: n(-2;3;1)
