I'll assume that the lung volume is 5.30 L. 1L= 1dm 3 5.30dm 3 x ( 1m/ 10 dm )3 x ( 1.5 ug pb / m 3) x ( 1 g pb /1 x 10 6 ug pb ) x ( 1 mole pb /207.2 g pb) x( 6.02 x 10 23 pb atoms / 1 mole pb) =2.3 x 10 13 pb atoms
