In a 45 45 90 triangle, the length of each leg = hypotenuse / sq root (2)
each leg = (24 / 1.4142)
each leg = 16.971
Area of a triangle = (base * altitude) / 2
Area of a triangle = (16.971 * 16.971) / 2
Area = 144.007
