First convert the mixed number into improper fractions.
2 3/4 = (4x2+3)/4 = 11/4
and
19 2/5 = (5x19+2)/5 = 97/5
Now divide the length 97/5 by the width 11/4.
we get
97/5 ÷ 11/4
= 97/5 x 4/11
=388/55
=7.05≈ 7 Photos
She can fit 7 photos in a row.
