A definite target population would be people in the employed category who do not have enough time to sit down and eat a meal that would take up a significant portion of their working hours.
These may include -- but are not limited to -- people in the medical profession especially resident doctors, clerks, or interns, nurses, etc; people in the call center agencies who work through graveyard shifts; people in the advertising industry who also have graveyard shifts; and more along these lines.
