What are the different schools (beliefs) of decision making?

Utilitarian decision-making are when ethical decisions are the first type of decisions to be made. Right decision-making, where everyone involved should have the same rights, fairness and acceptance when making the decisions. Common good decision-making refers to making decisions as individuals that will have an affect on the community as a whole. Virtue decision-making, refers to the virtues that help make decisions for the individual or company- honesty, generosity and knowledge are some of the most important parts of the decision making process.
