Introspection. Wundt argued that conscious mental states could be studied by introspection -- examining and reflecting upon on our own thoughts and feelings, emotions and memories and what they may mean at specific times. He was a big fan of self-examination -- training people to circumspectly and objectively analyze the content of their own thoughts and character. He trained his students to make observations and use the results to develop a theory of conscious thought.

I believe the answer is Introspection
According to Wundt, Introspection is a mental state that made an individual constantly makes efforts to self-evaluate.
People with this state of mind would utilize their observation and conceptual skills in order to analyze their personal quality and development.
