If a jackal runs at 20mph, you multiply the speed by 1/5 to find 1/5 of a jackal's speed.
=20(1/5)
=(20*1)/5
=20/5
=4mph is 1/5 of a jackal's speed (assuming this is their speed)

According Google, a jackal's top speed is 16 km / hour.
That said, 1/5 of that amount is
0.2 * 16 = 3.2 km per hour.
