While westerners tend to prize rationality, objectivity, empirical evidence, and the scientific method, it is important to consider when discussing worldviews that these views often mesh well with cultures that value and believe in fatalism, subjectivity, mysticism, and intuition?

That statement is False.
It all depended on the individuals no matter where they live. We could easily spot the utilization of rationality, objectivity, empirical evidence, and the scientific method outside the western region. (for example, you could see it on East Asia's region such as Japan and South Korea)
