Answer:

Franklin draws a connection between the guiding values and principles of the US and the continued legality of slavery by establishing a liberty principle which was similar to everybody in the United States. Since the slaves were God’s people, he did not help thinking about slavery that had affected the country.

Step-by-step explanation:

Even if Franklin did not speak publicly against slavery, he opened up late. He also practiced slavery while he was a young man and carried a different advertisement in the newspaper. Although he had published numerous Quaker pamphlets that were against slavery, he had condemned the practices.

According to the same values and ideals of the Americans, Benjamin Franklin established the principle of Liberty, which was the same for everyone in the United States, and because slaves were also children of God, he could not help thinking that slavery was prohibited in all the country. He asked to reflect on the bonds of humanity, which held us together and therefore, Franklin affirmed that the happiness and benefits of Freedom, should reach the poor, unfortunate, unhappy men and women, of the afflicted people of Africa, since it was duty of the Americans and their highest values, to ensure that slavery was abolished.
