The area of each trapezoid is
.. A = (b1 +b2)/2*h = (10 cm +6 cm)/2 * 5 cm = 40 cm^2
The area of the central rectangle is
.. A = l*w = (6 cm)*(4 cm) = 24 cm^2

The total area of the bow is the sum of two trapezoids and the central rectangle,
.. A = 2*(40 cm^2) +24 cm^2 = 104 cm^2

The area of 3 bows is
.. A = 3*104 cm^2 = 312 cm^2 . . . . . . . corresponding to selection F
