Bacon's rebellion led to the growth of slavery.

The main result of Bacon’s rebellion was that indenture servitude ended and slavery develop.

Nathaniel Bacon was the leader of Bacon’s rebellion of 1676 in which the Virginia settlers rebelled against the rule of governor William Berkeley.

The reasons that triggered the rebellion include the economic problems of the time, the increase in tobacco prices, trade competition with the Carolinas and English restrictions.
