Macroeconomics examines the performance and behavior of the economy as a whole, it focuses on economic growth, the business cycles, inflation, the interest rates and also the behavior of major economic aggregates such as the governments, households and business sectors. Therefore, i think Macroeconomics examines all the above aspects.
