Hello there! :D

7 x (-3) x (-2)^2

Use order of operations, exponents first.

-2*-2= 4

7 x (-3) x 4

Do the multiplication left to right.

7 x -3= -21

-21 x 4

= -84

"C" is your answer.

I hope this helps!
